The approval of the Prospectus represents an important step on our way to entering the Zagreb Stock Exchange, which opens a new chapter of development after 35 years of uninterrupted growth.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Prospectus contains the number of ordinary shares, the share capital of Toki\u0107 d.d. as the Issuer and all key information on the operations and financial results of Toki\u0107 d.d.
