Ivan Šantorić has served as CEO of the Tokić Group since 2022, steering the company’s development and strategic direction, following his previous role as Chief Operating Officer (COO) from 2019.
He brings over 20 years of experience in retail, logistics, and operational management. His career began at Agrokor, where he worked on strategic projects in collaboration with international consultants.
He managed the distribution and supply chain at Konzum and worked at Spar Croatia with responsibility for supply chains. At Tokić Group, he leads the company’s strategic development, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
Dražen Jurković has been a Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Tokić Group since 2020, responsible for finance, controlling, investments, and IT.
He has over 25 years of experience in financial management and strategic planning. Before joining the Tokić Group, he served as CEO of MultiPlusCard, Project Director at Agrokor, Executive Director at Konzum, and a Member of the Management Board at FINA.
He began his career at the auditing firm Ernst & Young and later worked at Coca-Cola Beverages Croatia as a Financial Accounting and Planning Manager. Since 2016, he has been a certified tax advisor and a member of the Croatian Chamber of Tax Advisors.
Ilija Tokić is the founder and co-owner of the Tokić Group and serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He established the company in 1990, and under his leadership, it grew from a small family shop into the leading regional distributor of auto parts.
His entrepreneurial approach has always included investments in quality, technology, and the professionalization of management. He initiated the company’s regional expansion, the development of the franchise model, and membership in ATR International, one of the largest global aftermarket organizations. He remains a key stakeholder in the company’s strategic positioning.
Igor Benaković, MSc Econ., Aeronautical Eng., is a strategic leader and advisor with 25 years of experience in corporate transformation, corporate governance, and capital markets. He is a member of the Board of CROMA, with experience as President of the Management Board of Bauwerk Group Croatia, CFO in the restructuring of Badel 1862 d.d., and management roles in the ICT and investment industries. He is the founder of Poslovna riznica d.o.o., a company focused on creating investment value through strategic corporate transformation. He will contribute to the work of the Supervisory Board in the areas of corporate strategy, value creation, and investor relations management.
A graduate economist with an MBA from Modul University Vienna and more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking sector and corporate finance, with an emphasis on structured financing, investment project evaluation, and financial analysis of companies’ operations. She currently serves as Director of the Financial Institutions Relations Department at Podravka d.d. She previously served as Deputy Director of the Commercial Center at Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d., and from June 2020 to September 2022 she was Finance Director at Tokić d.o.o. Her experience represents a significant contribution to the work of the Supervisory Board, while also contributing to a balanced gender representation within the Supervisory Board.
Ruža Tokić is a Supervisory Board member of the Tokić Group. From the very beginning, she has played an important role in shaping the organizational culture and value system within the company.
Her contribution is reflected in building relationships of trust, developing people-oriented internal processes, and maintaining a strong corporate culture that supports growth, stability, and employee development.
Zvonimir Šego has been a Member of the Supervisory Board since 2023, joining as an employee representative. He has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, including sales, procurement, and team leadership. He began his career as a sales representative and later advanced to the position of Sales Director for the Zagreb region.
Today, he serves as Director of Assortment Management, responsible for procurement and product optimization, with a focus on the strategic development of the product range and the competitiveness of the portfolio.
A graduate economist, financial and accounting expert, and permanent court-appointed expert witness for finance, accounting, and securities (since 2008). His key roles to date include membership on the Supervisory Board and chairmanship of the Audit Committee of Podravka d.d., membership on the Supervisory Board of SQ Kapital d.o.o., and the role of director and owner of DARFIN d.o.o. He has extensive experience in financial forensics, auditing, and corporate governance.
A Master’s degree holder in Economics and Investment Analyst at Erste d.o.o., a company for managing mandatory and voluntary pension funds. His professional focus is directed toward fundamental analysis of domestic and foreign companies, structuring evaluation models, and assessing macroeconomic and sector trends. Ognjen previously gained experience in, among other areas, controlling (Auto Hrvatska d.d.) and financial-data analytics (EL Koncept d.o.o.).
With his experience and knowledge, he will contribute to the work of the Supervisory Board through constructive analytical support focused on assessing future investment opportunities, monitoring market trends, and understanding the broader business context.
