Pursuant to Article 474 paragraph 1 of the Capital Markets Act, TOKIĆ d.d., Zagreb (the
Company) hereby announces that the Company on 12.6.2026. acquired 100 treasury shares,
which represents 0,002451% of the shares of the Company issued with voting rights.
The acquisition in question was carried out pursuant to the Treasury Share Buyback Program
of 25 May 2026, whereby the investment firm HITA-VRIJEDNOSNICE d.d., in the name
and for the account of the Company, executed the following purchases of the Company’s
shares (treasury shares) on the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
Prior to the said acquisition, the Company held 30.437 treasury shares, which represents
0,746005% of the shares of the Company issued with voting rights.
Following the said acquisition, the Company holds 30.537 treasury shares, which represents
0,748456% of the shares of the Company issued with voting rights.
