Tokić d.d. is the authorized importer and distributor of more than 300 globally recognized manufacturers of automotive parts and accessories.

Together with its Slovenian company Bartog and a network of franchise partners, the Tokić Group today represents the largest retail chain of auto parts in the region, with over 120 retail locations. Its assortment includes more than 300,000 different items, covering all segments of the automotive, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and motorcycle sectors, along with a range of marine equipment, tools, service equipment, and tires for all types of vehicles. The Tokić Group is also a member and shareholder of ATR International, the most influential trade organization of automotive aftermarket distributors.

An important part of the business model, in addition to the Auto Check Center (ACC) service network, is the Technical Education Center (TEC). This training center provides technical support to workshops, mechanics, and business partners according to the highest European standards. The Group is also a leading partner in education programs related to servicing electric and hybrid vehicles, certified by the Ministry of Science, Education and Youth.

History of Tokić d.d.

1990

Brothers Ilija and Stojan Tokić establish Tokić company and opened the first retail store.

1990

2000

Tokić has 10 outlets in Zagreb, independently imports 50% of its product range and 30% of its OE quality product range.

Over the next two years, the company`s new visual identity is created and substantial funds are invested in an advanced IT infrastructure.

80% of the product range is of OE quality.

Introduction of franchise business model, and opening of new Tokić d. o. o. outlets.

Tokić d. o. o. becomes member and shareholder of ATR International AG.

Successful completion of Elite program and Elite certificate awarded. The 1st Tokić sales conference - T1 is held.

Merger with long-time franchise partner AC Marinići, launch of T1 WALK Academy and B2B loyalty program - “TKLUBzaTOPkupce”. Establishment of Tokić 4. 0 development team and the Future Shapers award.

We are celebrating 30 years since the company foundation. With the acquisition of the Slovenian leader in the sale of tires, Bartog Ltd. we are strengthening our position in the regional market. We are implementing a new Warehouse Management System.

The first greenfield investment was completed and the major T1 Meetup conference was held. An industrial program was introduced into the offering, and a new chapter in working with artificial intelligence was opened.

Strengthening our presence in continental Croatia with seven new branches, accompanied by category management optimization. Tokić was the first on the market to offer certified training for electric vehicle repair.

Standardization of Bartog’s sales network in Slovenia. Launch of the Tokić online store and an advanced mobile application. Redesign of the TKLUB and BKLUB loyalty programs.

Organization of the largest regional automotive aftermarket fair, “Tokić & Bartog EXPO – Tools of the Future.” Optimization of logistics through the establishment of new HUB centers.
