- Participants are able to:
- Properly test individual components in exhaust after-treatment systems
- Quickly and efficiently diagnose faults in the system
- Properly use the equipment and tools required for diagnostics of exhaust after-treatment systems
Content:
- Dry and wet exhaust after-treatment systems (oxidation catalyst, DPF, NOx storage catalyst, FAP system, SCR catalyst, slip catalyst)
- Sensors and actuators in exhaust after-treatment systems (Lambda sensors, NOx sensor, PM sensor, temperature sensors)
- Importance and method of interaction between individual components and the impact of their operation
- Use of diagnostic functions for faster and more efficient fault diagnosis
- Application of individual tools for targeted fault finding
