Zagreb, October 28, 2026 – Tokić Group, a leading distributor of automotive parts, equipment and tires in Croatia and Slovenia, generated consolidated revenue of €192.8 million in the first nine months of 2026, an increase of 12.1% compared to the same period last year. The parent company, Tokić d.d., increased its revenue by 12.9% to €146.5 million. Gross profit margin grew by 13.4% year-on-year, outpacing consolidated revenue growth and confirming that, alongside expanding its business, the Group continues to strengthen operational efficiency. Normalized EBITDA amounted to €14.5 million, up 10.0%, while normalized net profit increased by 23.1% to €4.3 million. At the same time, the Group reduced total debt by 14% and bank loan debt by 18% compared to the end of 2025.
Timely Decisions in a Challenging Environment
The Group deliberately increased its investment in working capital to support sales growth, ensure supply reliability and strengthen partner relationships. Having identified risks in the petroleum products market during the first half of the year, it adjusted its safety stocks of oils and lubricants in a timely manner, ensuring continuity of supply and supporting sales growth in this category. Ahead of the winter tire season, additional stocks were also prepared to improve product availability and delivery reliability. Investments in the retail network and online store resulted in retail sales growth of 13.7% at Group level and 15.6% at Tokić d.d.
IPO Strategy in Action
The proceeds raised through the stock market listing have been allocated to new retail outlets and working capital, the reduction of short-term liabilities, and technology and automation for the new logistics and distribution center (LDC). During the reporting period, a lease agreement was signed for the highly automated 40,000 m² center in the Sveta Helena Business Zone, and some of the automation equipment has already been ordered. As stated in the prospectus, the center is being financed through IPO proceeds and bank borrowing. The Group also implemented a new ERP system and signed an agreement to acquire the Slovenian company SAG SLO d.o.o. (operating under the Matik name). The acquisition documentation has been submitted to the competent regulatory authority for approval.
Tokić shares, which have been included in the Zagreb Stock Exchange’s CROBEX index, have maintained a stable price, while a dividend of €1.5 million was paid to shareholders in June. The Group continues to operate in accordance with the highest corporate governance standards, supported by an expanded Supervisory Board.
Network Expansion and Service Quality
During the first half of the year, new retail centers opened in Daruvar, Ivanić-Grad and Požega. In Slovenia, Bartog centers in Ljubljana and Trebnje were renovated and expanded. A new branch also opened in Velika Gorica, while the opening of large retail centers in Stupnik and Sveti Ivan Zelina is planned by the end of the year. The product range was expanded with new suppliers, with the acquisition of direct representation rights for the renowned Dunlop tire brand being a particular highlight.
During the reporting period, a new Tokić online store was launched, alongside a loyalty program app and a B2B customer portal in Slovenia. Following the opening of its EV Showroom, the Tokić Education Center (TEC) became Europe’s first training center covering the entire SmartSafe product ecosystem. These investments further strengthen the Group’s reputation and service quality, as reflected in this year’s Best Buy Award for the best value for money in the automotive industry and its recognition as B2B Super Seller of the Year.
In the coming period, the Group is entering the peak of seasonal tire demand while preparing to relocate to its new logistics and distribution center in Sveta Helena, which is expected to begin operations in 2027. The business focus is therefore on meeting strong seasonal demand while further strengthening logistics capacity to support future growth.
“In the first nine months, we achieved growth in revenue and net profit while simultaneously reducing debt. Our focus remains on operational efficiency and disciplined working capital management. The new logistics and distribution center is an important step in preparing the Group for future growth, as it will increase logistics capacity, improve supply chain efficiency and create the conditions for further business development across the region,” said Ivan Šantorić, President of the Management Board of Tokić Group.
