Tokić d.d., Zagreb, 144. brigade Hrvatske vojske Street 1A, PIN: 74867487620, hereby informs the investment public that at the latest Supervisory Board meeting held on 16 June 2026, a resolution was adopted regarding the election of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, whereby Ilija Tokić, was reelected. Mr. Igor Benaković is elected as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The term of office of the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board is four years.
Mr. Ilija Tokić also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the previous mandate period and this election represents a continuation of the cooperation between the Management Board and the founder with extensive experience in the automotive industry.
